High-Performance Grout with Advanced Technology

Properties:

Ultracolor Plus is a grout consisting of specialized hydraulic binders, selected aggregates, polymers, hydrophobic agents, organic molecules, and pigments. It incorporates the Ultracolor technology, based on a self-hydrating cement binder that ensures color uniformity, enhanced by MAPEI’s innovative BioBlock and DropEffect technologies.

• BioBlock technology: Uses organic molecules evenly distributed in the grout’s microstructure to prevent the formation of mold-causing microorganisms.
• DropEffect technology: Significantly reduces water absorption, creating a water-beading effect.

When mixed and applied correctly, Ultracolor Plus provides:

• Uniform color, free from discoloration or efflorescence.
