Stabilcem

Properties:

Stabilcem is a cement-based binder with special modifying additives and pozzolanic components, designed for preparing high-quality grouts, mortars, and concrete mixes. It is particularly recommended for:

• Preparing non-segregating liquid grouts and concrete mixes with a low water-cement ratio.
• Concrete with high early compressive strength.
• Shrinkage-compensated concrete and mortar, properly cured in humid conditions for 2–3 days.
• Grouts with no segregation or shrinkage.

It does not contain metallic aggregates.

Applications:

Product is used for preparing high-strength, shrinkage-compensated grouts, mortars, and pumpable concrete mixes.

Examples of use:

• Injection filling of voids and cracks in concrete, stone, and brick masonry.
• Preparing shrinkage-compensated concrete for substructure applications (e.g., underpinning foundations).
• Preparing uniform, shrinkage-compensated concrete for filling rigid joints.

Consumption:

• Injection grout: 1.6 kg/dm³ of filled space.
• Mortar: 350–550 kg/m³ of mix.
