Product Description:
Optosan TrassFeinPutz is a dry factory-mixed plaster made with hydraulic lime, Rhine trass, a small amount of white cement, fractionated aggregates (0-0.5 mm or 0-0.6 mm), reinforcing microfibers, and special additives. The product is available in antique white or custom colors upon request.

Storage:

• Conditions: Keep dry, store on pallets in original packaging. Seal opened packages tightly.
• Shelf life: Minimum 12 months from production date under proper storage conditions.
• Temperature: If stored below 5°C, bring to a warm, dry location 12 hours before use.

Substrate Preparation:

The substrate must be solid, stable, clean, dry, and free of frost. Weak substrates should be primed with Optogrunt AquaForte. For unevenly absorbent surfaces, apply in two layers "wet on wet" or use a bonding layer, such as Optosan RissGrund.

Application:

Mix the contents of a 25 kg bag of Optosan TrassFeinPutz with 6-6.5 liters of clean water to achieve a plastic consistency. Apply manually or mechanically in layers 2-10 mm thick, then float or sponge depending on the desired final texture. Working time is approximately 2 hours, depending on humidity and temperature.

Tips:

• Optimal conditions: Apply between +5°C and +25°C. Avoid extreme temperatures.
• Protection during curing: Protect applied plaster from rapid drying, frost, or excessive moisture.
• Tool cleaning: Clean tools with water immediately after use.
