MC-DUR TopSpeed T

MC-DUR TopSpeed T is a two-component polyurethane product designed for creating glossy sealing layers. Thanks to KineticBoost® technology, it cures quickly under varying temperatures and humidity, making it ideal for floor protection in challenging weather conditions.

Surface Preparation:
The substrate must be dry, clean, and load-bearing. Remove loose fragments, dust, grease, and other contaminants. For concrete surfaces, mechanical methods like sandblasting are recommended to ensure proper adhesion.

Applications:

• Sealing layers: Used over resin coatings with MC-Dekorchips or MC-Dekorsand.
• Decorative finishes: Provides a glossy look for surfaces coated with quartz sand or decorative flakes.
• Adverse conditions: Applicable even in challenging weather scenarios.

Execution:

• As a sealing layer: Apply crosswise using a short-pile roller, ensuring an even, streak-free finish over resin coatings with decorative scatter material. Adhere to recommended material consumption and test on a sample surface if needed.
• Important note: Not suitable as a sealing layer on smooth flooring.

Curing Time:
Allow 2-12 hours between layers. After full curing (48 hours), the coating is ready for heavy-duty use.
