MC-Bauchemie MC-DUR TopSpeed is an advanced two-component reactive resin based on Kinetic-Boost-Technology®, offering exceptionally fast curing regardless of temperature and humidity. It is designed for protective and renovation coatings on concrete and mineral surfaces.

Substrate Preparation:

The substrate must be dry, clean, and load-bearing. Remove loose particles, dust, grease, and other contaminants. For concrete surfaces, use mechanical cleaning methods, such as sandblasting, to ensure proper adhesion.

Applications:

• Industrial Floors: Suitable for new installations and renovating old coatings on mineral substrates.
• Surface Protection Systems: Compatible with OS 8 / OS 10 systems as per DAfStb Rili SIB 2001, DIN EN 1504-2, and DIN V 18026 standards.
• Challenging Conditions: Applicable in low temperatures and high humidity environments.
• Anti-Slip Coatings: Can create slip-resistant surfaces with quartz sand topping.

Application Steps:

1. Priming: Use MC-DUR 1177WV-A or MC-DUR TopSpeed SC in low temperatures (1–5°C).
2. Patching: Apply a mix of MC-DUR TopSpeed with quartz sand using a steel trowel or squeegee.
3. Coating Application: Apply MC-DUR TopSpeed crosswise with a roller for an even finish. Two layers are recommended for optimal results. The first layer can be topped with dry quartz sand for a slip-resistant surface.
4. Curing Time: Allow 2–12 hours between layers. Fully cured and ready for load after 48 hours.
