MC-Bauchemie Ombran W is a fast-setting, expanding repair mortar designed for sealing localized water leaks. During curing, it expands to ensure effective sealing. The product is free of corrosion-accelerating components, maintaining stable volume as per DIN 1164 standards.

Substrate Preparation:

Prepare the substrate according to the technical sheet guidelines. The repair area should be notched at a 45° angle to a depth of at least 3 cm.

Application Instructions:

1. Mixing: Gradually add small quantities of Ombran W into water every 15–20 seconds while stirring continuously until a thick, plastic-like consistency is achieved.
2. Application: Apply manually to the leak, pressing firmly for 1–2 minutes.
3. Cleaning: Wash tools with water immediately after use.

Storage:

Store in its original, sealed packaging in a dry area at 5–25°C for up to 6 months.
