H910 SUPERGRIP - Hybrid Flexible Adhesive

The SUPERGRIP FAST CURE H910 is a one-component, solvent-free hybrid adhesive with a uniquely rapid setting time, suitable for a wide range of construction and industrial applications, both indoors and outdoors.

How to Use H910 SUPERGRIP:

Adhesive Application:

• Apply in single-sided, vertical, thin strips spaced 5-10 cm apart, depending on the size and weight of the items being adhered, and about 5 cm from the edges. Recommended adhesive strip size is 3 mm thick and 5 mm wide (assuming surfaces are even and well-fitted). Then press firmly together. Do not apply in dots. Vertically mounted elements should be supported or otherwise secured to prevent movement for 15 minutes after application. Supports can be removed after approximately 15 minutes (under conditions of +23°C and 50% RH). Ensure effective ventilation. The curing rate of the product depends on ambient temperature and humidity, accelerating with higher temperatures and moisture levels.

Sealing:

• If the gap is deep, use a backer rod to lessen the depth, ensuring the proper joint depth and preventing three-sided adhesion. After applying, smooth the material with a spatula moistened with a small amount of soapy water, within 10 minutes of application.

Shelf Life:

• 18 months at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C
