White Polymer-Based Finishing Putty

Properties:

FinoFinish Superior is a ready-to-use white finishing putty in paste form, based on a water dispersion of polymers, dolomitic fillers, and special modifying additives. It is elastic, easy to apply and sand, and exhibits high adhesion to substrates. Once fully dried, it offers a high degree of whiteness and smoothness.

Applications:

• Designed for smoothing walls and ceilings indoors.
• Suitable for thin-layer internal finishing (both base and final layers) on plaster (gypsum, cement-lime, lime), plasterboards, concrete, and clean, stable resin plasters, lacquered surfaces (e.g., lamperies), painted surfaces, or those finished with fiberglass wallpapers.
• Ideal for manual or machine application.

Substrate Preparation:

• The substrate must be dry, frost-free, durable, load-bearing, stable, and free from dust, dirt, oils, or adhesion-reducing substances. It should also be cleared of any loose particles.
• Larger substrate irregularities, grooves, or depressions must be filled and leveled beforehand.
• For surfaces requiring priming, use Baumit InteriorPrimer.

Suitable for:

• Common mineral substrates, gypsum substrates, cement-based plasters, raw concrete, aerated concrete, and similar surfaces in residential or public buildings.

Not suitable for:

• Plastics, metal, or flaking paint coatings.

Consumption:

• Approx. 1.8 kg/m² per layer (practical consumption depends on substrate unevenness).
