Ardagrip Xpress

SPECIAL PRIMER FOR NON-ABSORBENT SURFACES

Ardagrip Xpress is a primer based on acrylic dispersion, designed to enhance adhesion to substrates. It is suitable for priming all types of surfaces and contains no solvents. This primer should be applied to smooth, non-absorbent substrates to improve the adhesion of leveling compounds, waterproofing mortars, and cementitious adhesives. In wet areas and outdoor applications, Ardagrip Xpress should be used in combination with flexible, liquid waterproofing mortars such as Ardatec Flexdicht or Ardatec 2K Flex. It is not recommended for areas permanently exposed to water or under submerged conditions. For absorbent substrates, Ardagrip Classic is advised.

• Intended for smooth, dense, and non-absorbent surfaces
• Applicable to concrete surfaces, ceramic tiles, terrazzo, natural and artificial stone slabs, cast asphalt screeds, and old utility coatings (excluding rubber and linoleum)
• Can be used on surfaces temporarily exposed to moisture, such as bathrooms, kitchens, and sanitary areas

Surface Preparation

• The substrate must meet construction standards
• Ensure it is strong, stable, clean, dry, and free from cleaning agents
• Remove any water-soluble adhesive residues

• Tile installation: 0.5–3 hours
