Two-Component Universal Waterproofing Solution

BOSTIK BLOCK X911 TERRA TURBO LIGHT is a highly elastic hybrid waterproofing product designed for foundations, external basement walls, plinths, concrete elements, and floor slabs in new and existing buildings. This versatile solution combines the properties of flexible sealing slurries and thick bituminous waterproofing, without containing any bitumen or solvents. It is ideal for ceramic tile installation and ground contact areas and acts as a carbonation inhibitor on concrete surfaces. The product meets fire resistance class B2 (DIN 4102-1) and complies with waterproofing standards for balconies (DIN 18531-5), buildings (DIN 18533), interiors (DIN 18534-3), and swimming pools (DIN 18535-3).

Applications

• Under-tile waterproofing with MC210 Plus mortar (indoors) or Ardaflex mortars with sealing tape (G-AIV-F).
• Composite waterproofing (AIV-F).
• Waterproofing of floors and walls against soil moisture and non-pressurized seepage.
• Protection of plinths from pressurized water.
• Interior waterproofing against pressurized water.
• Waterproofing between clinker brick and facing brick connections.
• Waterproofing wall-to-floor joints.
• Horizontal wall waterproofing.
• Concrete surfaces at ground contact.
• Protection of penetrations and structural joints.
• Repair of old bituminous waterproofing layers.
• Adhesion bridge for mineral plaster systems.

Consumption

• Approx. 3.7 kg/m².
• Wet layer thickness: 2.4 mm.
• Dry layer thickness: 2.0 mm.

Tools

• Low-speed mixer, trowel, brush, notched trowel (6x6x6 mm), or spray machine.

Cleaning

• Clean tools immediately after use with clean water.
• Once dried, clean mechanically.
