Because someone still has to apply it correctly. Unfortunately, even the best-designed waterproofing, with precisely defined technical parameters, must be properly executed on-site.

We assume that waterproofing will be applied by experienced engineers, but in reality, they are usually only supervising the process. The actual application is carried out by construction workers, and this is where mistakes often occur.
