BOSTIK MAMUT GLUE is a powerful, single-component adhesive based on MS POLYMER, perfect for heavy-duty construction and industrial uses.
Bostik Mamut Glue
BOSTIK MAMUT GLUE is a single-component, permanently elastic, super sticky, and dense adhesive based on MS POLYMER (modified silanes) for mounting heavily loaded elements in construction and industry.
Properties:
- Bonds with "mammoth strength" – up to 22 kg/cm² maximum tensile strength.
- Immediate tack eliminates the need for supports.
- Replaces screws, dowels, and nails (highly universal).
- Very short drying time (free from water and solvents).
- Permanently elastic after curing and resistant to weather conditions, including temperatures ranging from -40°C to +90°C and water.
- Suitable for both smooth and porous substrates, indoors and outdoors.
- Excellent adhesion to most construction substrates, including damp ones, such as: concrete, plaster, gypsum, stone, construction ceramics, glass, steel, metals, painted wood, PVC, polyester, and similar plastics.
- Non-dripping (suitable for horizontal and vertical applications), resistant to bubbling, shrinkage cracks, and fractures.
- High physical and mechanical resistance (tolerates vibrations and shocks well).
- Safe to use - free from isocyanates, silicone, solvents, PVC, and phthalates.
- Almost odorless and chemically neutral (can be used with mirrors, does not damage the reflective coating of mirrors).
Applications:
- Flexible and exceptionally durable bonding of heavy or highly loaded elements without support, including: cladding, countertops, shelves, frames, fronts, window sills, cornices, thresholds, insulation materials, mirrors, covers, housings, boards, screens, panels, on both dry and slightly damp substrates.
- Attaching roofing materials such as sheet metal, ceramic tiles, and cement tiles.
