OPTOLITH Optosan StuckoGrob is a ready-mixed base coat plaster designed for the renovation and reconstruction of historic facades and interiors. Manufactured with binding agents conforming to PN-EN-459-1 and PN-EN-197-1 standards, it features medium-grain aggregates (0-2 mm), reinforcing microfibers, and special additives for enhanced performance.

Storage:

• Conditions: Store in a dry place on pallets, protected from moisture. Reseal opened packages tightly.
• Shelf Life: Minimum 12 months under proper storage conditions.
• Temperature: For storage below 5°C, move to a warm, dry location 12 hours before use.

Substrate Preparation:
Ensure the substrate is solid, stable, frost-free, and free of grease, oil, dust, and loose debris. Suitable substrates include masonry, natural stone, and mineral plasters.

Application:
Mix 20 kg of Optosan StuckoGrob with 6.4-7.0 liters of clean water until a workable consistency is achieved. Use the prepared mix within 20-30 minutes. Initial hardening occurs after 2-3 hours, and subsequent layers can be applied after full curing.

Tips:

• Optimal Conditions: Air, substrate, and product temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C.
• Protection During Curing: Protect the applied plaster from rapid drying, frost, and excessive moisture.
• Tool Cleaning: Wash tools with water immediately after use.
