Product Description
Optosan StuckoFein is a ready-to-use dry architectural plaster designed for renovating and reconstructing architectural profiles and decorative elements on facades and interiors. Made with fine-grain aggregate (0-0.4 mm), reinforcing microfibers, and special additives, it meets the standards of PN-EN-459-1 and PN-EN-197-1, ensuring excellent usability and performance.

Storage

• Conditions: Store in a dry place on pallets, protecting from moisture. Seal opened packages tightly.
• Shelf Life: At least 12 months from production date under proper storage conditions.
• Temperature: If stored below 5°C, warm to room temperature (12 hours) before use.

Surface Preparation
Ensure the substrate is strong, load-bearing, frost-free, and free from grease, oil, dust, and loose residues. Check and prime dispersion substrates for stability before application.

Application
Mix the contents of the 25 kg bag with 5.5-6.5 liters of clean water until a plastic consistency is achieved. Use within approximately 1 hour, depending on humidity and temperature conditions. Allow Optosan StuckoFein to fully cure before applying facade paints.

Tips

• Optimal Conditions: Air, substrate, and product temperature should be between +5°C and +25°C.
• Protection During Curing: Protect applied plaster from rapid drying, frost, and heavy soaking.
• Tool Cleaning: Clean tools immediately with water after use.
