Flexible Adhesive and Sealant

Sikaflex-11 FC Purform® is a one-component, moisture-curing, elastic adhesive and sealant. With excellent adhesion to most common construction materials, it is suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. Its versatility makes it ideal for bonding and sealing various building elements.

Applications:

• Bonding and sealing in construction, both indoors and outdoors.

• Chemical Base: Polyurethane (<0.1% monomeric diisocyanate).
• Colors: White, black, gray, graphite, brown, light brown, beige, ceramic red.

• Shore Hardness A: ~33 (28 days)
• Elongation at Break: ~800%
• Temperature Range: -40°C to +80°C
• Curing Rate: ~4 mm/24 hours at +23°C, 50% RH.

Usage Instructions:

1. Surface Preparation: Ensure surfaces are clean, dry, and free of grease, oil, and dust. Use appropriate preparation methods like brushing or sanding.
2. Application: Apply Sikaflex-11 FC in triangular beads or drops spaced a few centimeters apart. Press elements firmly together before skinning occurs.
3. Finishing: Smooth the sealant toward the edges for optimal adhesion and a clean finish.

Packaging and Storage:

• Packaging: 300 ml cartridges, 300 ml, or 600 ml foil packs.
• Storage: Store in dry conditions at +5°C to +25°C, protected from sunlight. Shelf life: 15 months from production date.

Cleaning Tools:

• Clean immediately with Sika® Remover-208. Once cured, material can only be removed mechanically. Use Sika® Cleaning Wipes-100 for skin cleaning.
